Gardner’s posting about Wade Roush’s blogging on continuous computing highlights another use of blogs:
A Blog can serve as a place to test out research ideas, even to draft pieces of a research paper.
Actually, this notion is not unique to Roush; it was foreshadowed by E.W.Dijkstra.
I’ll comment on Gardner’s posting later, when I’ve had a chance to digest Doug Engelbart’s ideas.
