Teaching well is like leading a group of students to the summit of a mountain. You lead, but you can never be sure if they will follow, or how many you will lose along the way. If you focus your attention only on the weakest students, your group may not make it to the top. How do you turn your class into a team so that everyone makes it? That is the challenge.
