After perusing a number of blog postings reflecting on the recent ELI conference, I wonder if there would be a way for Educause to create some sort of links to all of them. As it stands, Educause is planning to post links to the papers or presentations from the sessions as well as some podcasts of the audio. Wouldn’t it be useful to also have a list of links to the various blog postings commenting on the presentations, maybe based on some kind of trackback feature?

Was a standard tag used? If so, you could use technorati to aggregate them. Otherwise, you could use http://www.technorati.com/search/educause as a starting point.
Also, you may have noticed that every page on the EDUCAUSE site supports trackback auto-discovery, so technically we should be able to do something with that data. Right now, we’re not displaying it anywhere. And after looking at the data, it doesn’t look like there are near as many trackbacks as there are references that show up in Technorati.
I’m pretty sure EDUCAUSE is already collecting Trackbacks, and site stats or Technorati would make it easy to collect links now.
