In recent news, Tulane University has cancelled classes for the semester, while Tulane’s football program will relocate to Louisiana Tech, where its players will take classes. They’ve got to keep up their eligibility, I guess. Their “home” games will apparently be played at the Independence Stadium in Shreveport. The show must go on.
I’m not anti-sports, but I wonder if they thought about the way this juxtaposition looks.
